The WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN VEGAS/HENDERSON!!!! Uncaring and thieves as someone else wrote. Once you sign the lease, BEWARE!!!! If you can rent from some other company....DO IT!!! Stay away from these people. The worst in town. They charge you $60 every time you turn around...and they won't fix diddly squat on your walk through sheet. They wouldn't care if you're on your death bed from being bitten by black widows or rattlesnakes that are nesting on the rental property....you're on your own to get rid of them. TRUST ME!!! They'll tell you "well no previous tenants ever said a thing about them....so you're on your own to get rid of them or we'll have to charge you a $60 fee to get rid of them every time we come out!"....Jesus Christ!! Worst mistake I ever made was renting a home from these people. Every time I drop a utensil down the garbage disposal side of the sink I nearly get electrocuted from a new disposal that "their man" put in...but I'm afraid to call them because I'll get charged $60!!! The light in the garage is out...but I'll get charged $60...the washer lid is broken...but I'll get charged $60...the fireplace is out again...but I'll get charged $60...the light in the master bedroom closet is out...but I'll get charged $60...trust me...STAY AWAY!!! Unfortunately...I'm stuck...I have to stay. But you can choose to steer clear.
