We just moved to Vegas from NE, so we needed to switch our cell phone carrier to get better service. I H-A-T-E dealing with cell phone companies. So when we walked in and were instantly greeted by Driq my perspective started to change. We told him what we wanted to to but that we weren't sure if we wanted to switch both our lines. He informed us of all the promotions they had going on at that time. We both wanted to keep the same numbers we had, so he double checked and found that only one number would for sure be able to be converted over to AT&T, the other number was a little bit more difficult and kept coming back with an error. Driq, reached out to his store manager, then tech support, then to even upper management to get approval to get our number converted over for us. We spent all day at the store, but he showed us so much customer service, I cannot say enough good things about this employee or even the store branch itself!! Excellent place to do business at!
