After 8 years as patients, my wife and I are done. Dr. Mohan is great, but the front office staff is horrid and often rude. We just spent 20 minutes on hold trying to book an appointment, and then went to voicemail. Why not go to voicemail right away and save the 20 minutes? Fortunately, we have some left over antibiotics around, so we'll skip the Dr, or go to wallgreens clinic where the wait times are reasonable. Yes - the front office staff has become that bad! Prescriptions often get sent to the wrong pharmacy as well - we have to make sure it goes to the right one when we're at the office, or it goes to the one near our old house even though we've updated with them several times. Orders for tests (such as mammograms, x-rays, etc...) are never sent to the provider. My wife just decided to skip this year's mammogram rather than wait on hold for another 1/2 hour to have the order ignored again. Dr Mohan - reduce your patient count or beef up your staff. We've been long time patients, but are switching due to these problems.
