The local Cartier store in Scottsdale , unlike the NYC location or Chicago's, did not have an in situ battery replacement service. But I was recommended to OSJ by the staff at Cartier Scottsdale . It's a very classy shop, no pretension whatsoever-- unlike the snooty Cartier shops the world over, tho i originally did not buy them here, they treated me with class, and with prompt while-u-wait 15 minutes for the 2 cartier Santos.
For fine jewelry and top watches (no cartiers here, alas, but chopard and jaeger lecoultre and the humongous panerais, tags) go.no.where.else.
