Bought a groupon and booked a day to go with a friend. Service is good, place is clean. I was too relax that I slept through out. I loved the experience and facial spa service but was not happy when I realized they did not do the package I bought. I was supposed to have the cherry blossom package with microdermabrasion but had the moroccan package instead. Told the person on front desk and she just shrugged it off that was written on their schedule. When we called and booked they did not even asked what package we bought!
Before the appointment was made, the difficulty to book a day makes you regret buying the groupon. Hardly anyone picks up the phone. Was told they do not offer saturday schedule for groupon but why its not noted on the offer? If i did not call to reconfirm, nobody informed me that we need to reschedule because of construction on their plaza.
The massage and spa is really good. Need to improve on handling appointments.
