Although staff is friendly, I didn't like being monitored by a different person everyday. I couldn't even have the same Physical Therapist each time because of their schedule were M-TH then the following wk T-F. I needed to go 3 times a week which should have been M-W-F. Some of the days I had to go back to back on I could feel the additional strain because I didn't have that day in between to rest. I was also told in the beginning they would be doing dry needle and cupping. They didn't do that. They didn't even use moist heating pads on me. Their messages were a joke. I just really feel they need to step it up. I liked having 1 PT person working on me and following my progress the whole 6 wks and not 4 different people. Maybe I am being to hard on them - but comparing it to one of their competitors I went to a couple of years ago that was my first experience with PT and A1 - I really feel it was my mistake for not going back to my old PT.
