I had such high hopes for this place. I drove out of my way to the Warm Spring location only to find out they have been closed for a couple of months. So I drove to the Charleston location. I am GF and it's difficult to find GF pasta anywhere, so i didn't mind driving. What I did mind was the terrible food I was served. First the pasta is made of corn. All GF people know that this is the cheapest of all choices. It's spikes blood sugar, it's difficult to cook and it has no nutrition or flavor. What's wrong with Brown Rice??? Anyway, my lunch was awful, it was undercooked because corn is so tough you must over cook it to get it done, I guess they don't know this. It was starchy and stuck to my teeth. I had the veggie in garlic and oil with chicken. My food was swimming in oil (I got indigestion) and just awful. I tried to eat it as I was starving by adding salt and cheese but to no avail. I left 90% of it on my plate. I won't return. Sadly, I'll have to continue to cook my CF brown rice pasta at home
