I'm sad to see all the negative reviews! I went on a Saturday afternoon a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but didn't pressure me at all (I didn't even know they had a spa!). One saleswoman in particular paid close attention to my style and price range and suggested several lovely outfits (I even bought one of the skirt/shirt combos she suggested). I found everything I was looking for (a dress for an upcoming wedding) and way more.
My husband also really appreciated the seating area where he could watch the basketball game while I shopped (and I appreciated that he was less bored...). ;)
To address an earlier review, I generally wear a size 12-14 and had no problem finding plenty of clothes to try on (generally the L-XL size at DM). However, warning: they had a very minimal selection if you wear larger than a 16-18 or so (oh, North Scottsdale...).
In sum, I really enjoyed my experience at DM, so please don't let all the bad reviews scare you away. ;)
