Not a bad place to live as the proximity to amenities is great yet far enough back out of the mainstream to be quiet. I've lived in other apartment communities and this is by far the quietest I've ever lived in. As a professional that is early to bed and early to rise that's the single most important thing to me. While there's nothing really 'upgraded' about the place ( the gates could use some serious work) it's a nice environment with nice neighbors. The only complaint I really have is that we weren't contacted for a walk through upon move out and were charged for carpet replacement when IMO it really just needed a cleaning. The office staff appeared to try and go to bat for us but in the end we still were charged for the amount even after supplying pictures. That being said, it was a good place to call home for quite a long period of time. Reasonably priced and a beautiful surrounding.
