I have been coming to this gym since they opened. I am a proud service member and I could go on BASE for free but I chose to come here. Everything was well, no complaints at all, but recently at the beginning of the year one of my favorite work out machines had a missing part to it. So I asked if they could replace it. I asked like 3 different occasions the last time I even spoke with the manager. 5 months later it has not been resolved. As paying customers, we all deserve for all the equipment to be working properly. When I spoke to the manager it seemed like he didn't care. With the money that they have profited off of ME, they could have bought the missing parts already. So the customer service with that particular manager was Horrible and thanks to him I'm leaving.
