There is no question that the meat quality here is high and the burgers are tasty. The fries are also good. 2 problems though. One, they are very greasy, so much so that the two burgers I've had here have actually been sitting in a small pool of grease, leading my bun and some fries to become soggy. This could perhaps be mitigated by asking for your burger to be cooked slightly longer, something I will ask for when I go back. Two, I am always disappointed when higher end burger joints opt for processed cheese slices; at least have an option for real cheese! This is a debate between burger lovers that will never be settled, some people prefer processed cheese, but I think there should always be an option if a burger joint wants to be considered a quality shop. It's the same issue I have with Five Guys and Burger Priest...
