First time at this Home Depot. I came to get keys cut. Initially everything was going well. I was greeted and given the accurate location of the key station. No one was at the station....so I waited and waited and waited. After about 10 minutes of waiting without any acknowledgement from any associates...I called the front desk from my cell phone. The lady that answered the phone told me she would have someone to come assist me...no apology. I waited another 6-7 minutes before an associate arrived. The worst part, no explanation or apology for the wait. He just asked for my key and didn't say anything else. Not even a smile. He came across as a grumpy old man. I'm giving 3 stars because the store was clean, organized and the associate at self checkout was very friendly and helpful. Thank god for her because originally, I had intentions on giving this store 1 star.
