This place needs to go out of business. TOTAL scam - they purposely start you off with low intensity laser treatments so you'll have to purchase more to see results. They claim 8-10 treatments is recommended for your "safety" which is bull as I've researched online and heard from friends that have gotten better laser hair removal results in 5 treatments or less.
Even if you fall for their 8-10 treatments ploy, chances are you still won't see any results. Good luck with any mediation though, their customer service is almost as worthless as their "state-of-the-art" lasers. Their puppet receptionists and laser technicians NEVER have the slightest clue what they're talking about and will take you to the back room to talk if they can sense you're unsatisfied so the poor victims in the waiting room/reception desk can't overhear how ROBBED they're about to be.
If you're unhappy with results or want a refund they will flat-out ignore you :) Shady business practices, awful customer service from receptionists to corporate, company pays "trendy" instagram sponsors to promote them (who are coincidentally the only people who claim it "really works!"), complete crooks.
UPDATE: Further proving my point that there is NO customer service, Barbara A. contacted me here on Yelp in early October asking me to email her "to speak further". I decided to give LaserAway ONE final chance to redeem themselves. I emailed her shortly after her Yelp message and she never replied. It's been over a month. I'll let you make your own conclusions about LaserAway!
