Sam was great! Knew what I wanted and made things easy. HOWEVER!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! They conned me into a warranty that does not apply to my vehicle. Told me lies about where I can have it serviced as I live 45 minutes away but the warranty company does not allow this. Also Mark Mitsubishi finance department told me my xm radio was covered. They knew from the beginning I was upset when I got home and could not connect but the finance department assured me the warranty would cover it. But I needed to wait 30 days to submit a claim. Called Sam. He tried his best. Called multiple times to talk to the finance department and have yet to hear back from hem. This has been going on for months and I am over it. If you go in and pay cash.....great. But DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM!!!!!
