Was very upset when I picked up my 2 dogs after they spent a full week at Pete and Macs and they both smelled terrible. The Maltese was released to us with feces on his behind mashed in his fur. This never happens at home so I'm wondering what kind of care or living situation are they actually staying in. I had to take him back in to get it washed off, it was not small, it was like a regular bm stuck on him. Yuk! We have taken our pets here for years, and never has it smelled so gross and disgusting as when we picked them up as well. People are friendly but the place needs to be cleaned and disinfected daily. We are definitely looking into other options.
Also, leashed wreaked of urine, like they had been soaked in it. I'm so disappointed, this used to be a great clean reputable place. :/
