I wanted to share a recent experience with Just Better Air. They were the company that my Home Warranty service recommended. Long and short of it, they misdiagnosed my problem. I ended up using a different company to fix my AC, but what was surprising was that I was contacted by the manager, Joe, and he offered to pay my service fee and 1/2 the actual repair fees from the other company. This stuff never happens, people being accountable and making thing right. I will give Just Better Air another chance of earning my business.
