I have been using this Banfield Pet Hospital at Petsmart on Stephanie in Henderson since 2007. My pets are well established here. I made an appt at 12:58pm today (date and time on my cell phone) for 3:30pm this afternoon. The woman who took my appointment was polite and commented that I had multiple options this after between 3:30pm and 4:30pm. She also remembered my pet. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appt (at 3:15pm) and was told by another woman "you did not make an appointment... you don't have any appointment... you can't be seen today." I showed her my cell phone demonstrating the call I made at 12:58pm making the 3:30pm appointment. She proceeds to tell me multiple times that I did not make an appointment. Arguing with a long term customer emphatically telling me that I did not make an appointment when I am sure I did... unacceptable. Banfield, you just lost a customer. There is no excuse for this... no apology... no "maybe I didn't enter your appointment when I answered the phone..." no "I am sorry I MADE A MISTAKE..." I will not return to this business.
