David in the reservation department is extremely rude and likes to try to talk down to people on the phone. I will never stay at this resort again. I am being penalized and charged for a room that was reserved as a cancelable reservation. Do not buy into Diamond Resorts, scam artists and terrible customer service. If you do decide to stay here, be prepared to be treated like a mouse in a snake cage when you check in with all the sales people pressuring you into purchasing points at the resort. Do yourself a favor and book next door at the Princess, much better service and much nicer rooms.
