I came here because it was a preferred shop with my insurance. I've never had to go through insurance for a repair before so I was worried but they did a great job at helping! Larry was awesome, very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and then some, overall seemed happy to see me.
The only hiccup I had was they didn't tell me exactly how they were fixing my car- I had some scratches on the bumper and assumed I was getting a new one but they fixed the one I already had. It's what the insurance covered and it looks great, you would never know I got hit. My advice to someone inexperienced like myself is to be very specific when asking how they're fixing the problem because I'm sure if I did Larry would've told me and then some. I originally gave 4 stars because of this but after thought changed to 5; the service was great and as an educated customer I should have asked for specifics.
It was an extremely quick turn around and my car was sparkling when they brought it out! You guys rock!
