I've been going to the same gal in California for 15 years. Had no problem making the drive back every 6 weeks for an appointment. However, if I had to cancel for an unforeseen issue, it would be another 6 weeks before I could get back in(if that). This happened recently. Since I was not happy with my last color & cut, I saw it as a reason to finally make the switch. Sooo glad I did! I use Yelp often & came across Prism Salon & it's great reviews. I was referred to Stephanie. She got me in quickly. She suggested a consultation first. I appreciated that. We discussed color & cut and scheduled for the following week. I am so delighted! I'm blonde again & she listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She's young & trendy and progressive with her style. I love that! I'm almost 50, but don't necessarily want to look it! Thanks, Stephanie. I will be back! Oh, and the salon itself is so beautiful. Chandeliers everywhere!
