One word can describe this place, OLD. This place must have been built in the 60's. All of the appliances are old. They wouldn't let me start to move anything in one minute before the lease started not even in the garage and then when i moved in they said the washer didn't work and would have to get a new one, which they did 3 weeks later. Then two months after the the refrigerator quit working and it took 3 phone calls and a week to get that fixed, all the contents of the refrigerator and freezer had to be thrown away so I sent them a bill for $300.00 and two days later there was a note in my door raining my rent. They advertise luxury but this place wouldn't know luxury if it bit them in the ass. Typical Scottsdale. If you are one day past the first on paying your rent, even if the first is a holiday or Sunday you get billed $50.00, zero grace period. Then you have to RENT the garage opener? If you live in a lower unit you will here the upper unit take a shower and use the stairs. The kitchen cabinets I have never seen the likes of. No adjustable shelving so if you have anything taller than 8 inches it has to lay on its side. All in all is this place worth the rent, Hell no!!! The location isn't bad but that's about it. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
