Here's the thing, you can't please EVERYONE it would be impossible to do even the best places in town are going to get their share of unhappy, unsatisfied customers. However, I can only tell you of my experience at this particular animal hospital. First, they're quite reasonable. Second, everyone of those girls there are so warm-n-welcoming and we all know how rare that is these days. And, Dr Gentry was absolutely amazing. So, thank you! I will be coming back for sure. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem.
