I started coming here last summer. It was the first location where I tried VIP. It's a newly built Plaza so it's really nice and clean. Never had any issues coming here.
The service in VIP is normally friendly. I've had to wave to try and get someone's attention as sometimes the workers talk to each other. I haven't really found this to be a constant issue so that was fine.
Good choices for beverages. I've ordered the poutine several times and it's never disappointed. Haven't tried many of the food options as it can be a bit awkward with plates all over your arm rest and this little pullout across your lap.
Comfortable seats and you can put up the arm rest in between the 2 seaters. It may be awkward if you came in a group but it's perfect for date night.
