I made sure to sign a very very short lease with these apartments. I did read the reviews but was thinking, "nah I won't have roaches. " I was wrong! The office ladies are awesome! Kind and very nice. But I literally am covered in raid everyday. I hate bugs, but roaches are always in my kitchen. So, I leave a light on in my kitchen. If you rent here please do the same. They won't come out. Unfortunately they hang out in my dishwasher, so make sure to keep that open at night. Leave the light on and I set up traps and they do spraying every Tuesday's. But it's so many toxins that you will be breathing in, just to keep the roaches out. I swear I must smell like chemicals. The place is safe but pay an extra $150-200 for a roach free place. Nothing will come with me. Except for my clothes and TV. I'm just not wanting the risk of bringing a roach in I'll have photos of my nightly routine soon.
