My wavering faith in these self-service froyo-type joints (http://www.yelp.com/biz/mojo-yogurt-phoenix-3#hrid:c1u4Hy_hk_m7lSLUvDugdA/src:self) for a once-in-a-while treat has been restored.
And it's funny to walk around the bright, white interior (white room flashbacks from 2001:A Space Odyssey, anyone?), considering it used to be the drab, short-lived Coffee Plantation where I spent many an hour working on my laptop. Ah the good ol' memories.
A couple of Yogurtology's flavors are a bit of a letdown, and this Town & Country location now closes at 10 instead of 11 on weekends. I went in just after 10 one Friday night as the door was still open, but I got shooed outta there - therefore ending up at, you guessed it, Mojo.
And so we come full circle.
