Called to set up an appointment and left a message. Instead I received a text message response after a couple minutes that said... and I quote "What do you want? I'm busy."
I can't speak to the companies service because I ended up going with another company. But just some advice for future business. Do not ever respond back to a phone message with this kind of a text message. It's tacky, rude even if it isn't meant to be. Would rather not deal with a service that has this kind of attitude.
But they may have great service, pricing... who knows maybe it was just one of those days with the receptionist. I get it. Just needed to post. This rubbed me the wrong way.
