I came here based on the reviews and it was worth it! I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time to pick my color and get settled. It turns out that they only accept cash and checks. So I told them I'd be back and came back about 15 minutes later, cash in hand. The decor blends in well with Cave Creek, keeping with the cowboy theme. It was very peaceful (no tv blaring) some nice meditation music playing instead. I had a pedicure (the leg and foot massage alone is worth it) and a shellac manicure. I also had a nail repair which I was very impressed with the mesh and glue technique she used. She really took her time cleaning and clipping, shaping and painting. The location is perfect, the service is outstanding, the atmosphere is spa like. The only downfall is that they have no website to see what services they provide, prices for services, hours etc. You MUST make an appointment as they do not take walk-in's. As of today, they take cash and checks only.
