I called to schedule an appointment and was disappointed that I would have to wait a few months for an evening slot. I reluctantly accepted, but later that day I was called for an appointment the very next week due to a cancellation! The receptionist was very friendly and answered all of my questions over the phone and even sent the new patient forms to my home so I wouldn't have to waste time filling them out in-office. The dental hygienist was very nice and I appreciated the time everyone took to get to know me and make me feel welcome.
Also, as I was waiting to be seen for the appointment I overheard another hygienist meeting with a patient about special needs toothbrushes for her son. The fact that she took all of this extra time to research these brushes & even to offer to order the brushes if needed was very heartwarming. They really go above and beyond.
The dentist personally welcomed me to the office and thanked me for choosing them. They are excellent and I would recommend to anyone living in the South Hills area to give this dentist a try.
