Holy Effaroonies! This place is an unreal experience. I stopped in and bought the salmon. So buttery with the perfect amount of fat in the fish. Now when I see it in the case at the supermarket I turn my head in disgust. The Nelsons are extremely friendly and approachable about any subject, from cooking to marinade to sides. These guys know their shit! Being the typical nose up to seafood in the desert East coast jerk that I am (desert fish...yeah..), as soon as I walked in the door I knew this was not trucked in frozen bullshit. It's flown in by their partners, to them. No middle man here.
