First time here for a simple battery in my watch. Father and daughter, working like a family should. Really nice folks, eager to assist and patient with customers . I witnessed the owner talking to a lady about resizing her ring. She took a long time and he was very respectful and I'm pretty sure he ate up more time than he will make on this small service. They have new and preowned items. Can't fault then so far, I recommend this merchant .
