My computer died after doing a recent Windows update. I initially called Data Doctors and was underwhelmed with their customer service.
I jumped on Yelp and found RAD. All the reviews were 5-star and stellar, so I didn't waste any time and called Mark, who immediately erased my anxiety. Mark kept in communication with me via text and email while he worked to repair my computer. He had it up and running, with some modifications and security measures he recommended, within one business day. The cost of repairs was reasonable so I was relieved!
In an age where poor customer service is the norm, Mark was the consummate professional - courteous, polite and genuine. He is truly gifted and knows what he's doing. My experience here exceeded my expectations and should I need his services again I will absolutely contact RAD. I would give them 6 stars if I could and I highly recommend them.
