This company came and took a rental car that had hazard lights on in front of my garage, I am on crutches and was helping my neighbor - I come out with 8 minutes to be exact my rental car gone. We thought someone stole the car. The neighbor said there has been a desperate company driving around looking to tow cars, sure enough thays what happened. We called and they said they can take the car because of the HOA rules, but I advised I was helping my neighbor, on crutches, hazard lights on, they simply said we can't do anyrhing" - It cost $200 and financial hardship to get the rental car back. I feel so violated and even victimized. It says alot about their company and business practices. They should be investigated.
