I was originally referred to this company by my home warranty company. The technician arrived on time and was quickly able to evaluate the problem with my A/C unit. To make a long story short, after having a ridiculous experience with the warranty company and waiting several weeks for them to complete the claim for the repair, I canceled the warranty service. I then made arrangements for this company to install and upgrade my compressor unit with an appointment for the following day. They arrived EARLIER than the actual appointment time and completed the job in an exceptionally timely fashion. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional. I admit, I was a bit apprehensive when I read some of the reviews, but every case is different and no one can please everyone. For my situation, I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company.
