We came to Luv for girls time! I will say the ladies were very nice, as was the salon....but it stops there.
I was apprehensive to get a gel manicure, seeing the price was $11 more ($38) than my normal salon, but went ahead anyhow. It is a week later and I'm missing more than half my polish!! They started to bubble after the 3rd day, which is not the norm at all for a gel manicure! (I get up to 3 weeks at my normal salon). Another issue I have is that two of us asked from the gel manicures and she received a totally rushed service. Basically no manicure and no hand massage. I'm sorry, but when you are told one thing about the service you will receive and you don't get it, it's not right. We definitely won't be back.
