Took my newly purchased used Martin 000-28 in for a proper set up. They went above and beyond in servicing my guitar. What was originally a good sounding instrument is now an absolutely gorgeous sounding guitar. I could not be happier with the work they did! Even though this is not the closest shop to my house, I will remain loyal to Buchanan Music. I highly recommend. Also, they had it ready within 24 hours and I could tell by all the guitars in the shop, this was not a slow day for them. I can't say enough good things here.
