I really tried to like it here, the amenities are great but constant issues with parking have made this hell. For starters I've lived here since October 2016, since the gates have been vandalized and broken several times not leaving much room for security and peace of mind. Back to parking, barely any spaces available and people with multiple cars, some parked in the same spaces overtime only make matters worse, but you know if you want a guaranteed parking you could always pay $35 for a carport or $60 for a garage instead of making those with multiple cars pay extra you have me a single tenant with just one car sometimes walk blocks to her apartment if I'm lucky and don't end up parking the car outside the gates by the clubhouse as was the case just now. They're re-paving now too, so you guessed it even less parking. As someone who pays her rent on time and keeps to herself it would be rather nice to have my own parking spot by my actual building, perhaps numbered parking spaces but one can only dream. I might as well start packing and looking to move.
