It was our first stay here. We stayed here for our anniversary And we weren't impressed. We checked in and the girl that checked us in was way less then friendly. She didn't make any conversation didn't smile and made me feel like I couldn't ask any questions and that I needed to hurry up. We had to park so far from our room because of where we were put which wasn't ideal. The room itself was clean and made nicely but we happened to have to worst nights sleep of our lives. The bed was so firm we both woke up with a back pain and toss and turned all night. The pillows look so fluffy but once you lay on them your head goes straight down to the mattress. Though all these things are small I think I was really turned off from not having a warm welcome. We love the water park but I think that's why most people choose this hotel.
