I always feel like I'm lucky to be having my car serviced there. When I walked in for my scheduled battery change appointment I was asked if I was staying or leaving. I told them I was planning to stay because when I booked my appointment they said it would take 30-45 minutes. The guy checking me in immediatly started the excuses of how his scheduler had been double booking appointments and how they're really understaffed. Not impressed at all.
