NEVER AGAIN - MAKE SURE TO READ YELP BEFORE YOU GO , I usually do but didnt this time. I popped in for quick wash got sold a detail, no prob I was thinking about doing it anyway, guy that sold told me it took 2 hours make an appointment for another day and price was close to what I was willing to spend . so made appointment , show up for it now I'm told its 4+ hours. since id believed the 2 hr estimate I had stuff going on had to reschedule irritated but not angry. so showed up for next apt at 730 Monday morning for my appointment, was told about 3 hours I allocated 4 to be safe then id have time to go to work for the afternoon and arranged a ride . NOPE car wasn't done until 430 THATS 9 HOURS, YUP 9 HOURS and everything was still very wet so they didn't even start until late afternoon WHY NOT TELL ME THAT SO I COULD RESCHED AND NOT MISS WORK. STEAMING MAD !!!!
id have been glad to reschedule if I knew so basically APPPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING AND THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME. Ill never go there again and will make sure to tell this story to everyone I know .
if you are still reading I will admit the workers (I don't blame them) did a nice job on the detail car looks real good but factor in the uber ride to pick it up (was too late for the ride id arranged) and the missing after noon of work and 2 visits would have been cheaper to do jensens which comes right to your house
STAY AWAY !!!
UPDATE after everything dried could see detail job was mediocre to poor at best . upholstery still had most of the dirt and spots it started with , windows streaked with what looked like car wax
DONT PAY FOR A DETAIL NOT WORTH IT
