We were lucky enough to get on the same day appointment when we noticed our dog had a hematoma on his ear. The initial phone call to them to set the appointment did not inspire a lot of confidence as I had repeat myself several times but once we arrive they were very friendly and quick to get us into a comfortable exam room. The nurse was very friendly as well as the doctor and seem to be able to do user experience to give us an idea of what was happening and why. We were quick to accept the very reasonable fee and they were able to take care of the hematoma on the spot. The vet even came back and showed us what they removed and explain the next steps very clearly. We usually use a different vet but after this experience we plan on going back for any future needs.
