How sad I feel to have to be the first review, on their grand opening day! I am not sad however to give an honest opinion. To help promote your business, you enlisted the celebrity of Snoop Dogg, which is awesome, if that is what you are in to. Personally, loved him......20-25 years ago. The additional "security" personnel left much to be desired. When I get told to "park my fuc#ing car and walk up the fuc#ing stairs" by some just turned man who is hired for the day, that is about as unprofessional as it comes! When your employee for the day says "just go buy your weed" that leads me to believe that his impression of your company is that you are a common drug dealer who rents a building rather than stand on a street corner, versus a dispensary that is state sanctioned to dispense medicine to your legally approved patients. It might have been different if we had been able to use your website to order and then go pick it up at your hub, but unfortunately, your website is not updated with any regularity, which is why we have shown up in the past to be told that it was not available but no one from your company bothered to call or email to save us a trip. In my very humble opinion, this is a company that has the capacity to be awesome, yet there are so many small failures, it just equals up to one hot mess!
