Went to the bar across from the craps table on 12/29/17. Sat down to play on the machine. Started playing, 8 minutes went by and I asked one of the bartenders that wasn't busy for a drink. He pointed to the other bartender that was busy and walked away. Is that customer service? No it isn't, he seem not wanting to help. I actually told the bartender that finally helped what happened and got my drink. Harrahs this is unacceptable.
