I called in the afternoon one day for an oil change on my 2012 RAV4 and they were able to get me in the next day. They got me in and out quickly and were very friendly and polite and they always wash my car. They have a nice waiting area with a big TV, magazines and complimentary beverages. What a great benefit and how convenient. This is my 4th Toyota - I have had: 1999 Camry, 2004 Camry, 2009 Matrix and 2013 RAV4. I LOVE TOYOTA!!! Sharon
