I came in and they were busy as to be expected on a Saturday afternoon. After standing for 5 mins or so not one person bothered to ask me if they could help me which wouldn't have been bad until... a woman walks in after me and they immediately ask her how they can help her. So I left. That in itself is terrible customer service. I wasn't going to stick around for a terrible nail job too. Way too many places in Charlotte for that kind of treatment.
