I normally do my own nails but every now and then I get them done when I have things like weddings to attend. I went to get my nails done on a week night last week. I showed up around 630 pm for a mani-pedi and was immediately greeted and seated in a pedi chair. Everything was SUPER clean (tools were opened in a sterilized package right in front of me) and the lady that did mine (I think her name was Kim?) was very friendly. I got a French tip mani that held up throughout the weekend even though she said she didn't think it would make it that long. I was a bit disappointed in my pedi though, I don't think a top coat was used and 2 days later I looked down and saw I had a very large chip missing from the top of my big toe.
