On believable stay here. We were going for a staycation and when we arrived at the hotel the person behind the desk said that he had to talk to us about something. He then informed us that they only have double beds rooms on the side of the hotel that was quiet. I had reserved a king size room and apparently the king sized rooms were on the side of the hotel that had a nightclub right about 10 feet from it that got very loud until 2-3 am. I almost considered going home but we had already reserved the room through hotels.com and I was told that we can't get any type of credit or a refund on it. Basically we were stuck. So we did stay in the king side room and thought it may not be so bad. We were wrong and my husband was up three times for a lengthy period of time, even walked around outside and he was not able to sleep at all. I was up for a short time in the middle of the night but he didn't sleep at all. When we checked in we were also told that there are complementary earplugs in the room.. SERIOUSLY???! This was probably a bad choice on our part to stay however as I stated we arty paid for the room, couldn't get a refund so we decided to take a chance. The next day when we checked out they asked us how our stay was so I told them and the person at the front desk said there were several rooms on the other side of the hotel, The quiet side that working size beds!!!!!! Not quite sure how this place is run but I will never stay there again or refer any of my family or friends from out of town there this was a total nightmare and we will never do it again
