Friends and I have done about a dozen of these rooms between us, and this ranks as right at the top. The space itself is really nicely done up (I guess you can do corporate events in the lobby, which has a 20 foot screen and projector), which is somewhat unusual for these places, as there is often no "lobby" area to wait for your turn. The staff was EXCELLENT, being very friendly, helpful, and funny. We did "Case File: X" room, which was super fun and include a few puzzles that somewhat technical. The automation involved in some of the puzzles was pretty amazing as well; we will definitely be back to do the rest.
