I want to give this review to give some moderation to all the rave reviews. Some of those who gave 1 stars are likely telling the truth. These are nice guys but not saints. Here is my story. I called on Wed because my AC fan motor went out but I had to go out of town and asked if they could come out Friday afternoon. They didn't ask much about what was wrong and told me to call back on Friday morning. I was leery of that answer so I clarify with him if the reason I am calling on Friday is so they could give me a better idea of an appointment time. He says "Yeah". I called Friday and they told me they were running behind and too busy to do the job. I was just going to hang up mad and deflated but I explained the situation to them and they decided to come anyway. They said they would come between 2 and 4 but they got here when it was nearly 4 pm. I'm totally okay with that even though I had to run like crazy out of work to get there at 2 and missed some crucial things like getting my time sheet in, but it was better than facing a weekend without AC. They first try a $45 capacitor part but said it didn't work and had to replace entire blower motor for $475. He also throws in a new thermostat with the deal. I looked up the part prices with my serial number and the most expensive of these fan or blower parts is $200, so they got $275 for the install. The other part they were going to charge $45 was $15 retail, so they are definitely doing a markup. Apparently that is common. So, these guys are nice but making a buck just like everyone else.
