I have been to other red mountain locations and have never had an issue. I went to this location because it was closer to my new home. Had an appointment for Botox (this would be my 4th time getting Botox) and it had been about 8 months since my last injections. I wanted my "11's" worked on. The nurse advised me to inject in my forehead also and I did as she is the professional. She told me to follow up after 2 weeks if I need some additional injections. After 2 weeks, I didn't notice a difference in my "11s" at all. I made an appointment for a follow up, she advised I get a bit more injections to correct the 11s, I did and I paid for them. Now we are 9 days after the second injections and I still have no improvement. Not sure what she was injecting me with because I see absolutely no difference from the very first time almost 4 weeks ago. What a waste of money. She had a special going in October for new clients of 10%off. I won't be back
