Although this location has pretty friendly employees, their customer service skills suck. The employee ringing me up was resting her body against the counter and didn't really seem to care much. They didn't offer me a bag for my cream cheese and I also had to pick up my own receipt from the cash register.
The floors were dirty, the coffee pots were empty and it just seems as if their employees really don't want to work here. The only good thing about this visit is that they have decent coffee and bagels!
